time for updates.

shit fuck, my body is aching all over.
went to the gym on Sunday and my body have been aching ever since.
hope my body can recover fast and get myself back into the tracks and weight lifting.
ok, i know i am small and skinny, thats why i am going to the gym ok.
cant just have the face to party in the night but i also need my body to get into shape and also waiting for my hair to get into state.

Lava wont be facilitating us for the last 2 lesson for Sound Design.
actually i dont really dislike him ever since he became humorous towards the class.
but still i dont mind him leaving us with Luke or Sam for the last 2 lesson.
i think he will also be gone for the last 2 lesson of Composition.
i guess either Chuan or i hope Mark. P can take over Composition.
