last minute work is really not an advisable thing.
especially if you are doing a last minute work out.

went to the gym today and i am so proud of myself.
i really manage to do most of the stations that i wanted.
i thought i did a lot today but i think it wont be in time for next week's new year.
thats why i say last minute working out will not do me any good.

speaking of new year, it will be approaching next week.
another blink of the eye, the first month of 2008 is over.
and another blink of the eye, i think my holidays will be soon over.

time really flies with the speed of light.
